چکیده

In this study, we demonstrate a unique method for the detection of heavy metals such as chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), lead (Pb), and nickel (Ni) at trace levels in aqueous solutions via laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) enriched using chelating resin. Reduction sample time preparation was shortened by tailoring processing with aid an enrichment method. The calibration curves LODs CH-90 resin enriching Cr, Cu, Pb, Ni cations were established under optimal conditions. linear correlation coefficients all above 0.98, limits 0.148 mg/L, 0.150 0.149 0.240 corresponding to Ni, respectively. quantitative evaluation obtained results signifies that proposed is highly sensitive detecting elements offers good correspondence acquired its model. Results comparison past studies suggests able achieve lower investigation.

Rapid Detection of Heavy Metal Contents in Fruits by Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy

To detect heavy metal contents in fruits rapidly, the Citrus Nanfeng tangerines pericarp and flesh have been analyzed by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy. Line emissions from five heavy metal elements, Pb, Cd, Hg,Cr and As, have been clearly extracted. Their intensities correspond to relative concentrations of these elements contained in the analyzed samples. The results demonstrated that t...

The effect of self-absorption correction using internal reference on determining heavy metals concentration by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy

The identification and concentration of heavy metals, which may be so harmful for the body, is determined by the method of calibration-free laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy using a special strategy. First, the plasma temperature is obtained using the Boltzmann plot. Then, a line with an inappreciable self-absorption is considered for each element as the reference. The modified intensities o...

Sensitive Detection of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer Biomarkers Using Tag-Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy

Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is the 5th leading cause of death from cancer in women and the main cause of death from gynecological cancer (Barber, 1986). Women have a lifetime risk of ovarian cancer of around 1.5%, which makes it the second most common gynecologic malignancy after breast cancer. Ovarian cancer is often referred to as 'the silent killer' because it frequently causes non-speci...
